2005 Domaine Robert Arnoux Bourgogne Pinot Fin
Ready to come out and play? Perhaps, but it took a bit of coaxing. There was still plenty of primary fruit, and only the barest hint of developed aromas, so more cellar time likely warranted (at least if you cellar in a glacier). The acids were a bit prominent, likely indicating that this was probably still a bit closed, yet after an hour or so it did flesh out some. Time in the cellar or time in the glass - it needs on, the other or both.
