I am checking what i'll be serving on Sunday with the Turkey Dinner. Anyone has a favs?
I was thinking of a Bourgogne:
Meursault Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils 2008 @ 42$ or so

I'm sure it will be tasty. I tend to like lighter more refreshing white wines with the heavy Thanksgiving meal (e.g. Muscadet, Vouvray, German riesling) but then I don't buy white Burgundy anyway, so I'm probably not the one to listen to on this.

My normal choice is either gamay or pinot, but chardonnay works. It all depends on the accompaniments. Turkey is a blank slate.
