Yes, I am afraid so; this time I bit off more than I could chew. It is not that the Úri Borok 2000 Demijohn-Version is not good - it is downright fabulous - but rather that I bought more than I could consume, or even afford. So, if someone is interested in getting to try the real, unfiltered, unfined deal, at a good price, send me a PM. (I think a fellow WLDG member - Tom Troiano? - once asked if a post such as this was acceptable and got a positive reply.)
Allow me to quote what my friend Rainer once wrote here on WLDG:
"Úri Borok Pincészete, Mád - thanks to Vince & Szilvia Gergely:
2000 Eszencia (from demijohn) - A majestic monster (having at least 650 g/l of residual sugar) that never started fermenting. Avalanche-like power. Perfectly harmonious, fresh and clean. Revealing creamy white-chocolate, Darjeeling tea, dried fruits, tobacco and salty minerality. Very very long on the finish."
