Continuing to clean out the older Chablis from the cellar...

Racy, mineral and still holding on to some primary citrus fruit. A very good drink.

I had not opened a bottle of this wine in the last five years, and was very pleased with the result.

I loved the 2006 vintage of this wine which came out as the favorite wine at a church fundraiser wine tasting. It got my first place vote and three second-place votes.
