WTN: Concha y Toro Trio Reserva White 2009

Casablanca Valley

A blend of Chardonnay (70 per cent) and 15 per cent each of Pinot Grigo and Pinot Blanc.

Rich yellow, with green tints, in the glass.

Veggy notes, creamy on the nose.

Medium weight, crisp, some vegginess, lemon, ruby grapefruit, quite tangy acidity, clean, spicy, peppery.

Mouthwatering, lemon rind on the finish.

Okay, but rather simple.

Purchased at $12.95 (Canadian).
