I've reported before on this wine whichI discovered last February at Taylor's Wine Shop in north Raleigh. It is produced by the Maori people. Imported by Total Beverage Solution, Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. I paid $12.99. 13.5% alcohol by volume. Screwcap. My favorite Sauvignon Blanc of the summer.
Clear and pale with transparency. Lemon and grapefruit predominate on the citrusy flavor spectrum. Some might describe it as exhibiting gooseberry. Hint of cucumber also. Crisp, tingly, tart and pleasant sensations. A prime example of Marlborough S.B.
