Champagne stopper - does it have a real name?

As per the subject line, do the cap thingies that you put on an open bottle of champagne to preserve the bubbles actually have a real name? Other than just "Champagne stopper".

It would be more useful if it had an integral car tyre valve so you could keep the pressure topped up with a pump.
