A Zulu woman who grew up in a village and never tasted wine, chosen for a viticulture and enology scholarship and now a prize-winning wine maker.

This is a wonderful story of a woman bridging two worlds. I really enjoyed the "cow dung" comments, and recognizing the meanings of smells are contextual. Thanks for posting this.
