This wine, the 25th anniversary bottling, was indeed very nice but still pretty primary. As it opened during our dinner of ribeye and bruschetta it became very integrated after about an hour (we are slow eaters) . The flavors were of plum and cassis, mostly plum, unfortunately, but still very nice. This wine may develope nice secondary flavors with 5-10 more years of age in a cool cellar. I hope I have more.
