Gratzi Restaurant is in the old Orpheum Theater on South Main Street, Ann Arbor. The theater was built in 1911 so is a century old. I ordered one of the Ligurian dishes being featured in August, the Insalata di Pollo Pomodoro with a glass of Verdicchio. The wine was nothing special to me but the salad was delicious--grilled chicken, watercress? mint leaves, heirloom tomatoes, shaved fennel which really added to the flavors, and shaved cheese on top (asiago or parmesan?)
