WTN: Anakena Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2009

by Bruce Hayes » Fri Aug 12, 2011 9:25 am

Leyda Valley, Chile

Bright cherry red in the glass.

Creamy, spicy, fresh, raspberry on the nose.

Medium bodied, earthy, smoky, cherry, raspberry, a mild bitter bite, medium weight, good acidity, vanilla.

Mouthwatering, spicy, cherry on the finish

Delicious and quite gulpable. A great little Pinot at a great price.

Screwcap closure.

Purschased at $13.95 (Canadian).
