A blend of Xarello, Macabeu and Chardonnay.

Light yellow in the glass.

Good mousse, lots of fine bubble streams

Doughy, nutty on the nose.

Medium weight, tangy, green apple, lemon, good acidity, bitter lemon rind bite, very clean, refreshing, toasty, nutty, with a hint of honey.

Bitter lemon rind, mouthwatering on the finish.

A decent mid-week sparkler.

Purchased at $13.95 (Canadian).
