14% alcohol by volume. Very dark, opaque purple. Fruity with dark berries and a suggestion of purple-skinned grapes. Exhibits juiciness. Seems lighter than the Achaval Ferrer Malbec from the same vintage. Alcohol noticeable but pretty well balanced by the fruit. Could pair with grilled, smoked or barbecued meat at a party.
