Cotes Du Ventoux
Perrin & Fils

A blend of Grenache Blanc (30 per cent), Bourboulenc (30), Ugni Blanc (30) and Rousanne.

Pale yellow in the glass.

Peppery, tangy on the nose.

Medium weight, lemon, grapefruit, drying and puckering citrus rind, faintest hint of honey, bitter and tart.

Peppery, citrus rind, drying on the finish.

I do enjoy their red and rose but the white is an easy pass.

Purchased at $11.95 (Canadian).
