This wine , bought recently for $27 with case discount, opened nicely over a meal of barbequed pork ribs. Very black in color with a nose of blackberries, the palate added a very spicey note and the whole integrated over an hour to become a very smooth, balanced syrah of great depth. Except for the cost, I'd be buying this by the case but will still get a few more of these. Abv of %14.1 and from the Wallla Walla in Wash. state.
