We have 2 recently disgorged batches of Brut, both are Méthode Champenoise.
We (Briceland Vineyards) received notice 10 days ago from the CA State Fair that our NV Humboldt Brut won Double Gold, Best of California & Best of Class North Coast Appellations. That batch does not need any help at this point.
Our 2000 Reserve Humboldt Brut is the wine I'd like to get a review of. It was on the lees until a early May of this year.
