A blend of Corvina (70 per cent), Rondinella (20) and Barbera.
Light cherry red in the glass.
Smoky, red licorice, spicy, raspberry on the nose.
Medium weight, tangy acidity, raspberry, red licorice, smoky, perfumed, spicy, crisp.
Drying, lightly mouthwatering on the finish.
I don't have much experience with Bardolino, but I loved this.
Purchased at $11.95 (Canadian) and a great QPR.
