You do know that auslese used to taste like this don't you? The balance is impeccable, the fruit is balanced on a knife edge of sweetness and acidity, and the wine glides across the palate like a silk covered knife. Just what the imbiber ordered. Come on May 21st!

We're going to out to dinner tomorrow night. I'm assuming that reservations won't be in short supply.

It's very youthful, but also rather showy. I would pretty much say that it shows close to zero development so far.
