Matua Valley

Medium dark cherry red in the glass.

Spicy, sweet fruit, red licorice, cinnamon on the nose.

Light to medium weight, raspberry, strawberry, quite tangy acidity, spicy, red licorice, smoky, lightly creamy, with an earthy bite toward the end.

Tangy, spicy, earthy on the finish.

Delicious.

Screwcap closure.

Purchased on sale at $16 (Canadian).
