PaulDraper On Pre-Industrial Winemaking

ChristopherWatkin's 4488:Ridge blog is always an interesting read that I take in about once a week. There's an interesting article by Paul on "pre-industrial" winemaking as practiced at Ridge on April 15:

You need to scroll down a bit to pick it up. Nothing really new to us Ridge fans, but some may find it interesting. It's interesting to contrast Paul's rather cerebral discussion w/ Alice's polemic-laced diatribes.

Tom,

Thanks for the pointer. Nothing really new there but its good stuff and it reinforces why I love the wines so much.

The whole Ridge philosophy is great.
