Tried this the other night w/ my Burratta & veggies:
1. SonomaCoastVnyds Syrah SonomaCoast (14.56%; ClaryRanch/PetalumaGap + HummingbirdHillVnyd; Clones 1, 174, 887; Hrvstd: 10/6-11/7; 395 cs; TA: 0.669) AnthonyAustin 2003: Very dark color; strong boysenberry/cranberry/Syrah/violets spicy/peppery/cold-climate some smokey/Rhonish/bacon fat/roasted light toasty/oak lovely cold-climate/complex nose; somewhat tart spicy/cranberry/blackberry/Syrah light toasty/oak slight peppery/cold-climate light pungent/Rhonish some tannic/hard complex flavor; med.long some hard/tannic boysenberry/cranberry/Syrah/DrPepper//violets light toasty/oak slight peppery/cold-climate finish; a lovely cold-climate Syrah nose but may be starting to dry out a bit on the palate; drink up. $32.00

Same Tony Austin used to be the winemaker at Firestone, back in the Stone-Age?
I don't know just how I'm supposed to play this scene, but I ain't afraid to learn...
