Anyone know of this Chateauneuf-du-Pape?

I bought this CdP 2008 Val de la Pierre from I think Castillon du Gard while in D.C. recently for what I thought was a good price of $20. Now I can find out nothing on it score-wise or note-wise. Anyone out there know anything about this producer or this particular wine?

Never heard of it myself. I think the producer is Joel Dupont and "Val de la pierre" is one of his cuvees. Here's an excerpt from a write-up from a merchant site that I came upon while googling:
