N.V. Drappier Champagne Brut Nature Zero Dosage
Spice, mineral and good, deep red fruit in this wine. It has a bit of roughness in the mousse, but beyond that it is quite tasty, with good length. It doesn't have the complexity of something like a Cedric Bouchard, but for uncomplicated yet satisfying drinking with a meal it does the trick.
