The now former owner of my favorite wine shop in Wichita KS recently started a blog. Having been ITB, Anton really knows his stuff, and writes excellent notes in a concise, intelligent style. Great glimpse of the wine and food scene in Wichita. So, consider checking it out:

Interesting blog. If you get to the one with Dr. Engel speaking on the "Mystery and History of Wines," I have heard Dr. Engel a number of times at the Cumberland County (NC) Public Library and Information Center--Dickens on Christmas, Robert Louis Stevenson, the Bronte sisters, going to the theater in Shakespeare's time, etc. Always an entertaining speaker.
