Light in alcohol for a 2003, only 12.5%, hence my interest in tasting a 100% cinsault. Good rhonish nose of red fruit with flowers and a hint of tar. On the palate, strawberry jam and cola, with a bitter finish that's the only thing about this wine I don't like. Nothing special, but it's interesting to taste by itself a grape that's usually just one of many voices in the chorus.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
