Tried this last night w/ stuffed pork chop:
1. BedrockWineCo Syrah KickRanch/SonomaCnty (5% Viog cofermented; 8 brls; www.BedrockWineCo.com; 15.1%) 2009 Very dark/near black color; very strong briary/boysenberry/blackberry/Syrah light earthy/pungent/tarry some spicy/cinammon/toasted/oak quite spicy/perfumed lovely nose; soft rich/lush/mouthfilling rather tannic/structured boysenberry/blackberry/Syrah very spicy light toasty/oak slight plummy/licorice/tarry/pungent flavor; very long tannic/structured very strong blackberry/boysenberry/Syrah light licorice/pungent/tarry light toasty/oak finish; a big/lush pretty intense Syrah w/ lots of bass notes that carries its alcohol very well; needs 3-10 yrs of age.
