I am presently finishing a Pegau Res. 2001 (my first) and since I have had a semi-long horizontal of them I thought I'd ask how others would place them quality-wise. My take would be thus:
2000, very,very fine and opened recently for the first time
1999, excellent and ready to go from the start but unfortunately all gone now
2001, which is what I am sipping now with many years to go
2002, I know this was a very poor year but it was still more interesting than
1998, this wine is still very closed but will probably be a contender for 2000
