I'm going to plan a wine cellar for the production of the wine, in particular I want determine the proportions for a production of approximately 1000 hl.
I will start describing the history and the state of art of production cellars today, then I will make the dimensioning and the 3D modeling of the containers and the systems of transport (piping) of the product in the same wine cellar.
