2009 Viñedos Bernabeleva Vinos de Madrid Camino de Navaherreros
Fresh fruit with good, balanced acidity. This is refreshing, and particularly easy to drink. Being realitively cheap ($12) is another plus.

This seems to have been a closeout sale - this wine is $12 in Spain, but normally $20-24 in the US (yes, overpriced at that level). There are quite a few good, not overdone, budget grenache wines from Spain now available in various parts of the US, including Estecillo ($10) and Tres Ojos ($7) from Calatayud, Borsao ($6) from Campo de Borja, Artazuri ($10) from Navarra. It seems other good Madrid grenaches like Grego Garnacha Centenaria haven't found any importers.

Maybe a closeout by a distributor? Closeouts are hard to come by in Mass due to restrictions on pricing below wholesale.

Who is the importer?
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
