2001 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett
This wine has a lot of time yet. The fruit is still bright, the acidity brighter and the mature elements are just barely starting to peek around the edges. I've had more advanced bottles than this one, but generally the wine has years to go.

Just enjoyed the leftover glasses of this with dinner. Not much I can add to your thoughts, other than it was even better with the additional air. Absolutely beautiful wine, thanks again.

Good article here on Riesling from Virginia Moore, one of UKs better wine writers.
