WTN: 2008 Dom. Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc

Color of freshly cut hay. Very floral and grapefruity nose. Fresh in the mouth showing pear, apple, lemon and lemon pith, grapefruit and hints of mineral with a linguring finish. Wonderful with shrimp and chicken gumbo.
