For you lovers of liquid acid, a wine you might like: Domaine Labbe, Vin de Savoie, Abymes, 2005. Seems like it's trying to be a Dressner Muscadet without the elegance and stuffing. Whereas those Loire wines have an actual body, this one is dissected during vivisection, lime-acid sharpness cutting teeth on whatever it finds closest to it's teeth. Extreme nastiness for a pale wash of a wine. Perhaps good with a seafood soup, but Why?, when you can drink boatloads of Pepiere for a cheaper tariff? About $12, Stateside.
