2009 Selbach-Oster Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spätlese
Shows lots of youthful energy (and sweetness), but also a great underlying sense of tension from the finishing acidity and slate. Drink now for pure fun, or wait quite a while to let the Domprobst of it come out some more.
