2007 disgorgement
I'm not sure celebrating the last day off from the holidays is the right expression, but Laura and I opened this for a few bubbles before a short work week. It's quite toasty on the nose and rich on the palate. The mousse is actually a bit aggressive, but that's something 5 minutes in the glass helps out. Good finishing persistence, and balance round out a nice, if unexceptional package. Good NV.
