Showing much younger than the beautifully mature 1995 I opened a few weeks ago this needed a fair amount of air to open up and display smoked meat and flowers draped around a powerful acidic spine. Fantastic stuff but hold for at least a few more years.

Yes I know, but I needed to sample the bottles from my recent purchase. I now have a handle on them and will probably open the next '95 in a year or so and the next '97 in 3-5.

the saddest thing was when the vines were ripped out.

I don't know just how I'm supposed to play this scene, but I ain't afraid to learn...
