Look at the "Harvest" notes on the right of this page. It give some real insight, to me, on what goes on in an "interesting" year.
I know David Coffaro well enough to be able to say that these notes are just the way he talks.

LOL Glad he likes raisins.

I have no idea whether that bunch would have gone into the fermenter, into the experimental batch, or into the trash. :?
