Terra D'Aligi

Dark purple, almost black, in the glass.

Rich, raspberry, tarry, earthy on the nose.

Very thick and hefty in the mouth, cherry, raspberry, chocolate, drying, tangy acidity, earthy, very juicy, tobacco, very rich with a mild bitter streak.

A mouthwatering, tangy finish.

We have enjoyed this well-priced wine several times over a number of vintages.

Purchased at $15.95 (Canadian).

I've also enjoyed several vintages of this wine. IIRC, it goes for around $10 at Trader Joe's here.
