I had 2 very good experiences with some of their German Riesling offerings that turned out to be Dr. Loosen wines.

David,

How did you know it was Dr. Loosen? Thanks!

The corks were clearly branded as Dr. Loosen with the vineyard and vintage. Seems as though Loosen had more production than he could sell himself & sold it off to 90+.

So they put their 90+ label on the bottle? Interesting. Mail order only I'd guess and since I'm in Maryland, I SOL.

Actually I bought my bottles at retail. They do show up in shops all over the place. I saw some of their wines in Baltimore.

I saw some 90+ wines today on the shelf in Gordon's in Waltham, MA.

The reason I asked about this is that I got an email offer (not Gordon's) for a $75 Barolo that was $20 if you buy 6. It sounded interesting so I checked their web site then immediately came here for input. I may split 6 with a friend.

Thanks again.

For $20 I would try it.

Good to know, David. I'll start looking around.
