While I understand Florida and great wine list seldom appear in same sentence, the exception is Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. I have friends who plan trips around it (they'll fly down for weekend, and eat there Friday AND Saturday). Decent steakhouse, but maybe most extraordinary list in US. Tons of stuff dating back to the 30s (and older), warehouse next door is kept very cold (40-45 F). Prices are apparently quite fair considering.
