WTN: Bergstroem Cumberland Reserve Pinot Noir 2005

by Bill Hooper » Wed Sep 20, 2006 7:23 pm

Am I crazy for drinking this so early and posting a TN? Yes (I've always been a little mad for Bergstroem). This is no where near ready to consume. Quite tannic for Oregon Pinot and a nice little dagger blade of acidity. Choke Cherry, wild strawberry, fresh herbs, all-spice and a little molasses underneath it all. Very nice and very "Serafin"ish!

Prost!
