Light lemon on the nose.
Light to medium weight, smooth and silky mouthfeel, apple, light pear,melon, a bitter bite, crisp, clean and refreshing, cutting acidity, spicy. With time and as the bottle warmed, the wine became tarter and more lemony.
A little thin on the peppery and mouthwatering finish.
