WTN: Chateau Auzias Cuvee Petits Messieurs Cabardes 2008

Languedoc
A blend of equal parts of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Dark purple in the glass.

Smoky, bacon on the nose.

Rather weighty in the mouth, smoky, earthy, tangy acidity, cherry, raspberry, roasted, slightly jammy, dusty.

Not much on the finish.

An okay wine, but it didn't interest or excite me for some reason.

Purchased at $14.95 (Canadian).
