While many of the wines enclosed with these little pugs wont get better, I would like to hang on to some for 10 years+. Obviously, the seal is not as secure, so what is the trick to hanging on to these? I've seen bottles with these stoppers leaking before, so I'm wondering if standing them up might be better. The corks themselves are treated, and thus don't dry out the same way as traditional corks.
Thoughts?
