Delicious Alsatien PG made in a crisp, clean fruit forward style. This had been open in the refrigerator for three days! No sign of oxidation, really. Instead, we got delicious, maybe simple apple fruit with a whisper of fine honey. A very pretty and delicious wine sipped cold on one of our few heat waves! Consistently delicious...I love the honey notes in this wine.
