Burlington Wine Store??

by Tony Fletcher » Tue Aug 17, 2010 12:41 pm

We're heading up to Burlington, VT for a few days camping at North Beach. Wondering if anyone here knows of a particularly good wine store in the City.

Cheers

Church Street is great http://www.churchstreetwinecellars.com/. There are a few others; just walk around.

If you can get over the Montpieler, check out the Main Street Grill & Bar and Chef's Table, both run by the New England Culinary Institute. The students greet, cook, wait, and take wonderful care of you. It is one of the best schools in the country.

Carl

Thanks for the tip. I didn't actually get to this one, but did get to Village Wine and Coffee, if that's the name, down in Shelburne, a very nice little store with a picture of when Daniel Brunier visited. That's an assurance of quality as far as I'm concerned!
