Not that I can afford to buy this anymore :? , but I'm glad I bought a bottle a couple of years ago. Ignore the Cellartracker comments, this is a stunning bottle of wine. I especially like the nose...earth, cassis, plum, cherry. It goes on and on. This follows through on the palate, with rich earthyness, the plum and cassis fruit, licorice. The tannic structure is really classy...not spikey in any way but instead supporting the fruit and contributing to a very long and lovely finish. Delicious delicious delicious. Complemented the grilled New York Strips very nicely!
