Duck or goose? Not aware of a famous duck restaurant but the one famous for roast goose is Yung Kee.

How's about this link, To be honest, I don't recognize any of them. The best restaurants in Hong Kong tend to be the numerous ultra expensive members only establishments and they have the best chefs Unless you have friends with those memberships, you won't be able to access those. Have a great time there!

Roast goose, I apologize I was in a big hurry when I wrote that request. Yung Kee is absolutely correct wanted the name for a friend. It was so good we paid for an extra portion. Thanks, a bottle of 2 buck chuck to the winner.

For your info, Peking Roast Duck at Springdeer is a must visit in HK, even better than in most places in Beijing!

BTW, if you need more info on Restaurants in HK, you can PM me or send me an email at Yahoo. I know a lot of interesting places for eatout as I am a local foodie! You can check my blog as well for some restaurant comment that I have been to.
cheers,
Eric

Thanks Eric, I'll try that next time. Have you been to Da Dong in Beijing? I was told that there are now two restaurants for this company. Very lean and preferable.

Mike K,
No, since I haven't been to BJ for almost 15 years, what a shame...maybe you can tell me about them after you visited them
I may want to take my kids to BJ next year now that they are older and can appreciate the history of BJ!
cheers,
Eric

I went earlier this year. it is quite good. Very lean as expected but you don't miss the fat, unless you are looking specifically for it. Frankly, their other dishes are even better than the duck. The foie gras in jelly is amazing, as are a number of other dishes. Go with your family, make sure you get a reservation and make sure you order other stuff!

P.S. sometimes taking away the fat means taking away the soul of the dish

In light of your request, shouldn't that be '2 buck cluck'? :)
