yes but not the strictest definition of icewine. Like many of those countries listed below, including many parts of the US (have you seen Californian Icewines :) ) they are made by putting the grapes in the freezer. These icewines have lead to Canadian icewine exports dropping off by 50%.

Yes, but this definition is about real ice wine, as per the first sentence.

(US 'freezer' wines are not allowed to be labelled 'Ice Wine' and if any reference is made on freezer wines to using frozen grapes they must explicitly state they were frozen post vintage.)
