COMTES DE CHAMPAGNE 1995 TAITTINGER. Old gold yellow. Very classic nose: some oxidation, hazelnut, brioche, chalk, ripe yellow fruit and coffee. Full body, creamy, rich and balanced, good acidity. A good traditional champagne.
MEURSAULT PERRIERES 2001 ROULOT. Light yellow. Not so complex but very deep nose. Butter, salt, white succulent fruit, very floreal and mineral. Full body. Exuberant and rich on the palate. Great acidity on the finish. Mineral and sapid. Still young.
PULIGNY MONTRACHET FOLATIERES 1999 LEFLAIVE: oxidated
CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY LE CRAS 2007 ROUMIER. Deep and hypnotic nose. Elegant too. Succulent cherry and resberry. Watermellon, flowers, mint and karkadè. Medium body, very vertical. Great greep. Very long and persistent finish. Cherry and rasberry come back.
GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN 1ER AUX MOINES 2006 FOURRIER. A very exquisite fruit on the nose. The fruit is dominant. Some wood, oriental spices, graphite. Medium-full body. Very ample and succulent. Some tannin. It seems younger than the Chambolle.
