The Whole Foods we go to (Portland, ME) does not have a dispenser, but the bottled wines are reasonably priced, even compared to NH Liq Store prices.

Anyway, this sounds like a system that dispenses wine from bottles; what the OP was asking about was wine in bulk being dispensed from a tap (which might be a 'greener' way to sell wine in restaurants ).
